  • What is your cancellation policy?

    We ask for 48 hours notice for cancellations. Anything less than 48 hours will result in an charge of 50% of the service total. No call/no show appointments will be charged 100% of the service total.

    Full lash sets require a NON-RUFUNDABLE $30 DEPOSIT. Check out our Lash FAQ page for more information. Call us at (360) 306-8681 or DM us on Instagram for any further questions.

  • Can I reschedule my appointment?

    Yes! As long as it is done 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Appointments rescheduled with less that 48 hours notice will be charged a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit equal to 50% of the service that will be put toward your rescheduled appointment. If you are have a fever, cough, sore throat etc you will need to reschedule your appointment.

  • Where are you located?

    We have a tab on our drop down menu called “where to find us” with info about our location and parking. We are also on Google Maps!

  • I'm here for an appointment and the doors are locked, what do I do?

    The professional building we are located in is always locked and requires a key to enter. So just call the studio at (360) 306-8681, and we will buzz you up!

  • What if I am late to my appointment?

    Please call the studio and let us know if you are going to be late. Showing up late means that we may not have time for the full treatment or possibly cut into another clients appointment time. A 10 minute grace period will be given, anything over that will be considered a cancellation. Parking has been really crazy downtown lately, so please consider leaving earlier for your appointment to account for this.

  • What if I am early to my appointment?

    We ask that clients do not show up anymore than 5 minutes early for appointments. Our work day is scheduled down to the minute, with time scheduled in for us to finish with our previous client, to sanitize our stations in between clients and take a break. Plus we are a small studio and we want to avoid over crowding. The most helpful thing you can do is to just show up on time!

  • What does gender-neutral pricing mean?

    Implementing gender neutral prices is a step Cherry Bomb Esthetics has taken to create an inclusive, safe space for our clients. When it comes to waxing, we realize many other traits (i.e ethnicity, age) besides sex goes into determining body hair prevalence and thickness. We also acknowledge that anatomy does not determine gender identity. Charging separate prices is an archaic part of the beauty industry and something that we hope changes in the future.

  • What is a silent appointment?

    Silent appointments are just like regular appointments but we won’t expect you to chat with us. That is not to say that you will be ignored. We will still give you a thorough consultation prior to starting and do periodic check-ins to keep you briefed on the process. We offer silent appointments because we understand that not everyone wants to socialize. Regardless of your reasons, there is no need to explain or feel apologetic. Your comfort is our utmost priority.

  • Can I get my bikini area waxed if I am under 18?

    There are no laws in the state of Washington regarding bikini waxes under 18. But for our own comfort and professional integrity, we prefer to have all recipients of bikini waxes be 18 and over.
